What’s a Move in/Move Out Cleaning?

Tailor Maid’s Move in and Move Out cleaning is essentially a deep cleaning service. We go beyond a standard cleaning and do a deep cleaning on the kitchen, bathrooms and floors, clean appliances inside and out and remove all dirt, dust and cobwebs from every corner of the house. The goal is to reset the home to a pristine state so you can be proud of the home you are leaving or feel safe and secure knowing that your new home is clean and sanitized.

The Details

Our Move in & Move Out cleaning services are currently priced at $35 per hour. This includes all of the supplies and equipment we need to get your home clean. This type of cleaning generally takes 2 to 6 hours. You are not required to be home for your appointment. If you need to be somewhere, we will arrange a method of secure access that works for you.

The time it takes to clean your home depends on a few things:

• The square footage of your home
• The number of rooms and bathrooms
• The frequency with which the home was cleaned before
• The number of pets in the home

We are happy to provide an estimate over the phone but if you have us come by for a walk through, we can find out more about your needs and priorities, and get you close to the budget you had in mind.
